1. Mainly used in industry as wear-resistant parts and elastic components. Computer connectors, mobile phone connectors, high-tech industry connectors, electronic and electrical springs, switches, slots, buttons, electrical connectors for electronic products, lead frames, vibration pads and terminals, etc.
2. Phosphorus bronze has higher corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and does not produce sparks during impact. Used for medium speed and heavy-duty bearings, with a working temperature of 250 ℃. It has the characteristics of automatic centering, insensitivity to deviation, uniform bearing capacity of the shaft, high load-bearing capacity, and the ability to simultaneously withstand radial loads. It is self-lubricating and does not require maintenance.
3. Tin phosphorus bronze is a type of alloy copper that has good conductivity and is not easy to generate heat.
